Module 1:  Assessment and Opportunities

  • What challenges are you facing?
  • What are your opportunities to grow as a leader?

 

Module 2:  Worthy Ideal 

  • Create and Refine your WHY
  • Core Values and how they impact your ability to lead
  • Code of Honor for yourself and you as a leader.

 

Module 3: Goal Setting and Big Ideas

  • What are the goals of the company
  • Define your goals and align with the company goals
  • Build the plan

 

Module 4: Engagement and Empowerment

  • Take Action
  • Accountability
  • Measure and Track Performance

 

Module 5: Innovation and Transformation

  • Review the numbers
  • Review the activities
  • Make adjustments
  • Take Action

Leadership 101 is designed with 5 modules that must all be completed to receive your Leadership 101 certificate.

 

Leadership 101 Details

  • 5 modules, each module require 5 hours of instruction for a total of 25 hours.
  • You will need to spend additional time to study and complete your modules depending on your knowledge level outside of instruction time
  • The program can be delivered live in-person and/or virtually via digital learning platform (Zoom) or a combination of both methods.
  • Every module must be completed to receive the certificate
  • 100% attendance is required for certification.
  • Program length: 25 hours

Pricing: $5000 plus applicable tax per participant
