Do you have an evening routine for success?

Do you have a typical routine in the evening?

Come home from work, eat supper, turn on the TV to relax, watch the news and go to bed.

Does this sound like your evening routine?

How is that working for you?

I will share a routine that has helped me and many other people to create even more success in their life.

1. Turn off your phone, or put it in airplane mode 30 – 60 minutes before you go to bed and put it in another room, not beside your bed.

2. Pull out your journal and write down 3 wins you had today, even the small wins.

3. Write down 3 things that you are grateful for today.

4. Write down 1-3 actions you are going to take tomorrow that are going to move you closer to your big goal.

5. The last thing to do right before you get into bed is something I call the Confidence Formula. Start by standing in front of a mirror, look directly into your eyes, and tell yourself all the good things you did today, your wins, your successes, and the lessons learned today. End by telling yourself that you love yourself.

Try this system for a couple of weeks and you will be shocked with the results you are getting.
