I recently wrote an article about writing down your wins at the end of the day even if they were small wins. That practice will create the habit of celebrating wins and keeping a record of your wins that you can review.

Do you want to win tomorrow?

If you do want to set yourself up to win tomorrow here is a new habit to start doing tonight. After you write down your wins from today take a few minutes and write down the wins you want to have tomorrow. These are things that when you do them they will move you forward. The things that you write down for tomorrow are things that will make you feel accomplished and confident.

If you want to take this a step further, text or email the wins for tomorrow to your coach, assistant, or accountability partner. This will increase your need to accomplish your wins for tomorrow.
