If you are carrying around all the thoughts of why you can’t, or I’m not good enough, all the negativity that you have thought about yourself and you keep repeating it to yourself in your mind or out loud to others nothing in your life will change. These thoughts keep you locked in the cycle, the habits that have got you to where you are today. If you want to change then you have to change how you are thinking every day. So how do I change my thinking? You begin by changing your habits and I suggest a new morning routine 1. Start your morning by writing in a Gratitude Journal 2. Do some form of exercise for 15 minutes 3. Turn off the news and email until 9:00 am 4. If you are feeling in a funk watch a motivational video 5. Drink water first thing in the morning, this will hydrate you and cause your brain to be more positive.
