Are you a time disaster?
Do you feel like you have too much to do and no time to do anything?
You have a to-do list, you put appointments on your phone, add new things to your calendar, and it still seems like an overwhelming task to get through your day?
Most people have too many priorities every day and they struggle to get anything meaningful completed.
Set 1-3 priorities for your day the night before. What 1-3 things that if you completed them tomorrow would move you closer to your goal.
When you start tomorrow you have priorities and you start with those priorities and finish them that day. This is the simplest way that I have found for managing your time.
